Karina Mejias, Our founder and CEO created Menyue with the idea of bringing forward the traditions of Dominican Republic and making them available through food. Karina created Menyue as an homage to her late mother, who taught her the beauty of traditions and how food brings people together. Today, she works hard to continue to push forward the very traditions which have brought her and her family such great joy. Once homeless herself, Karina discovered that the power of nourishment goes far beyond filling a plate; it is about feeding the soul and creating lasting change. At Menyue, everything we do is with community in mind. Every dish we craft, every event we cater, is an expression of our deep-rooted commitment to giving back. Our founder, has over 10 years in the business of hospitality, event management and customer services and takes pride in bringing every detail to life just as our clients imagine! Karina and her team have traveled all over the world planning events for clients and creating one-of-a-kind experiences for their clients and guests! At Menyue we take pride in our rich culinary heritage and excellent event planning abilities. We ensure that our clients can have a one stop shop approach and can book us for catering services or event planning services or both! Our team specializes in planning events from small to large, including weddings, baby showers, retirement parties, birthdays, galas, graduations and so much!
